- Oversee and manage multiple restoration and remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
